Where do you ship?
Right now we only ship to the US, but stay tuned as we continue to expand! If you’d like to be notified when we’ll ship to your country, email us at hello@nokchoc.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes up to 1 business day to process your order. After that we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s out the door. Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then wait patiently for the Calabar Cocoa magic to hit your taste buds!

Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out.

Why is this more expensive than “regular” hot cocoa mix?
At Nōk Choc we source high quality ingredients and on mission to always provide a vegan product, with no artificial flavors, which will always be more expensive than “regular” hot cocoa mix.
Is this hot cocoa mix keto-friendly?
Unfortunately, our formulas are not recommended for those on a keto diet.
Do kids love Calabar Cocoa?
Yes! Cookies 'N' Cream tends to be a kid favorite.
What milk should I use to make the magic?
Any vegan or non-dairy milk will do but we LOVE oat milk the best! Though any of our flavors are also formulated to be delicious just with hot water too! Our cocoa can be enjoyed with regular milk too.
Where does the fat content come from?
The fat you see on our nutrition label is “healthy” fat, from a blend of our cocoa power and coconut oil.
What exactly are natural flavors?
Our natural flavors are a mixture of ingredients that only come from things found in nature—plants, fruits, and spices. Our natural flavors don’t contain any artificial colors or preservatives.
How long does this hot cocoa mix stay fresh/what is the shelf life?
Our cocoa is best consumed within 24-months of purchase. While it will not spoil, after 24-months it will start to lose the strength in its flavor.
Is Calabar Cocoa Premium Hot Cocoa Mix vegan?
Yes. All of our products are vegan.
Is Calabar Cocoa Premium Hot Cocoa dairy-free?
Yes. There is no dairy found in any of our products.
Is Calabar Cocoa Premium Hot Cocoa gluten-free?
Because our cocoa is made in a shared facility so we cannot guarantee it will be gluten-free. As we grow and scale our operations, we hope to make sure our product will be gluten-free in the future!
