  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts and seeds of your choice (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup NŌK CHOC hot cocoa mix (choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries, raisins)


  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
