4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp NŌK CHOC cocoa powder (any flavor of your choice)

2 tsp monk fruit crystals*

⅛ tsp baking soda

⅛ tsp salt

3 tbsp oat milk**

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp water

¼ tsp vanilla extract

powdered sugar (optional)

* Can substitute with brown sugar

** Can substitute with milk or other non-dairy milk


  1. Combine flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit crystals, baking soda, and salt toa microwave safe mug
  2. Add in oat milk, sesame oil, water, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
  3. Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes and let it cool for 30 seconds (ok to microwave in stages)
  4. Top with powdered sugar
  5. Enjoy!
